The faux. Perfect Match Guarantee applies to eligible Custom Self Tanner purchases made directly through faux. If you are not satisfied with your custom shade, contact info@faux-tanning.com within 14 days of delivery and provide your order number and a brief description of your experience. We may request photos of the developed tan to help us evaluate and adjust your custom formulation.

Eligible claims receive one complimentary reformulation and replacement of the same custom product, including standard replacement shipping. The Perfect Match Guarantee is a reformulation and replacement guarantee and does not entitle the purchaser to a cash refund.

The guarantee does not apply to application errors, failure to follow the provided preparation, application, development or aftercare instructions; change-of-mind requests; lost, stolen or damaged-after-delivery products; or products purchased through unauthorized third parties.
