Return & Refund Policy

At faux. and The Spray Spa, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. Because our products are cosmetic and made in small batches, all sales are considered final. However, we will always work with you to make sure you’re happy with your purchase.

Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of self-tanning products, we do not accept returns on:

  • Used products

  • Opened product packaging

  • Self-tanning mousse, tanning water, sprays, or lotions

  • Starter kits or bundles

Unopened items may be eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • You must provide your order number and proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for:

  • Orders cancelled before shipment

  • Incorrect or damaged items received

  • Lost packages confirmed by the carrier

If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Dissatisfaction after using the product

  • Color results affected by prep, application, or skin type

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

Exchanges

We do not currently offer product exchanges. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please email us and we will take care of it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is damaged, leaking, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@fauxtanning.com
Include your order number and a photo of the issue.
We will replace or refund the product at no cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase as long as the order has not shipped.

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards

  • Digital downloads

  • Sale items

  • Personalized products
